Air New Zealand

For domestic travel up to 30 June 2021 and international travel up to 31 December 2021, you can make one change to your existing booking and Air New Zealand will waive the change fee and service fee, however a fare difference may apply.

In addition, all Air New Zealand credits are now valid to book new flights until 30 June 2022 for travel until 30 June 2023. Air New Zealand have also extended their credit opt-in and fee-free changes for NZ domestic flights due to depart before 30 June 2021 and international flights due to depart before 31 December 2021.

Air New Zealand also offer "Flexitime Fares" and "Flexidate Fares" to give you greater flexibility in changing the date and/or time of your flight.

Jetstar

Jetstar have recently improved their travel vouchers. New and existing unused travel vouchers issued due to the impact of COVID-19 on travel by Jetstar Airways (JQ), Jetstar Asia (3K) and Jetstar Japan (GK), have become multi-use vouchers.These multi-use vouchers can be used across multiple bookings - any outstanding credit from one booking can be used towards another. Customers can check their credit amount by visiting the voucher balance portal.

Plus, Jetstar's "Flex Bundle" includes no change fees for date, time and name changes, same-day flight changes and credit for cancellations.
