Why is the address shown in the itinerary different to the one entered?

The address on the itinerary will match your profile details.
However, if you are booking for someone else or wish to alter the address information for the new booking you are creating, you can do this during the booking process. The new details can be entered after the input of the passenger name (below the name field).
If you have entered new details during the booking process and they are not reflected on your itinerary, please email the correct information to [email protected] and we will amend. Please note that this change of address information is not permanent. It is only applicable to the new booking being created at the time.
