For flight, hotel and insurance bookings, your credit card will be debited within 24 hours. Funds need to be available on your card at the time of booking, otherwise ticketing will not take place and you may need to rebook at a higher fare level.
If your credit card payment is declined, our Customer Service Centre will contact you to arrange payment.
Due to restrictions imposed by our third party suppliers, there will be a time limit by which you will need to make payment, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
For car rental, in some cases the full payment or partial payment will be taken at the time of booking, otherwise the balance is payable direct to the car hire provider when collecting the vehicle.
