What does it mean if my booking is pending?

If your booking is showing as pending, we are still processing your booking and apologise
for the delay in finalising it.
Please be advised that our Ticketing Department will be looking into your reservation.
Webjet will give you an update within 24 to 48 hours after you have created the booking OR as soon as possible through the email address or contact number indicated in the booking.
Kindly take note that should your booking be declined due to insufficient funds, the booking price guarantee will not be applied as per terms and conditions.
