Trying to Register?
Please ensure all fields on the registration page are filled in as they are all mandatory fields. However if you have completed all fields and are still unable to register as a new member it may mean that your email address is already registered. If you are already registered you will find an error message if you scroll down to the bottom of the register new member page. The message will read ‘An account already exists using this email address.
Click here to retrieve your password.’ Simply select the ‘Click here’ link to receive your password. Then close the new member registration screen, select the ‘Book now’ button again and sign in as a current member.
In the event your email address isn’t registered and you still can’t create a profile or if you would like further clarification or experience any difficulties, please contact our 24 hour Customer Service Centre.
