Once you receive a Webjet Confirmation email and an email containing your e-ticket, then your booking is confirmed.
For bookings with Jetstar, Tiger Airways, Scoot or Air Asia, you will receive an itinerary directly from the airline. These airlines do not issue e-tickets.
You will receive a Webjet Confirmation email with your hotel voucher attached.
If you do not receive an email
You can view the status of your booking by logging into your Webjet profile and clicking on 'My Bookings'.
If your booking is listed as being “Not Yet Confirmed” then our Ticketing Team will manually confirm your booking and send your confirmation and itinerary/e-ticket (or hotel voucher) within 24 hours.
If there are any issues with confirming your booking, they will contact you.
Please do not attempt to rebook during this time.
