I have changed my itinerary. Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

**PLEASE NOTE: Any change made after the initial booking online will not be reflected in your member profile. The booking in your profile will always remain the same. Therefore, any change will be notified via email**
If you have requested a change to your itinerary (via our "Change My Booking" link online) you can expect to be contacted within 48 hours to confirm changes.
If you have still not received a confirmation of changes within the above time frame, we do apologise. There may be a delay due to the volume received.
However, if you have received confirmation of the changes either via email or by telephone call and you have still not received the new itinerary, please start a messaging conversation with our 24/7 support team.
