How to make a claim

Q. How do I make a claim?
A. Just give Allianz Global Assistance a call to lodge your travel insurance claim and they will step you through our quick and easy claiming process. It’s that simple. They’ll either process your claim over the phone or assist you with the next steps if more information is needed.
Q. What kind of documentation is required to process my claim?
A. When you call the Claims team, they will assess if your claim can be processed right then and there on the phone or let you know the next steps to complete your claim, including any documentation that may be required. Each type of travel insurance claim you make may require different supporting documentation (for example medical reports, invoices, purchase receipts and/or police reports).
