American Express Membership Rewards enrolees in the David Jones and Business Ascent tiers will no longer be able to use Membership Rewards points as payment on Webjet.com.au. Card Members may continue to redeem Membership Rewards points at www.americanexpress.com.au/travel We apologise for any inconvenience.
Funds must be available for the full cost of the booking at the time the booking is made. If funds are not available, ticketing will not take place and you may need to rebook. Webjet cannot guarantee that your original fares will still be available so rebooking may cost slightly more.
Car hire payments: Depending on the car hire company, payments are either prepaid at the time of booking, part-paid at the time of booking, or paid on arrival at the car rental depot on the day of pick up – details will be given during the booking.

Using someone else's credit card: You must have permission from the card holder to use their card. You can also use your credit card to make bookings for other people.
