The best time to visit Papeete

The best time to visit Papeete is between May and October. It's winter on the island, and you'll enjoy perfect island weather without the high humidity. Getting to Auckland Airport

The cheapest way to get to Auckland International Airport is with the 380 Airporter bus. It operates seven days a week and a single trip costs $11NZD with an AT HOP card. If you miss the Airporter, you can take bus route 31 from the CBD to the departure terminals. If you've got an early morning or red-eye flight, take the Skybus to the airport. It runs from Auckland's CBD 24 hours a day, and a one-way trip costs $18NZD per person. Other options include taking a metered taxi or an Uber to the airport. A one-way trip should cost up to $75NZD.
