Auckland also has good public transport, with a great network of buses able to take you to all areas of the city and inner suburbs. Using the bus is affordable as well: prices start from $1 NZD, and there are day passes available for $18 NZD. These passes give you access to unlimited rides on buses, trains and ferries for a full day.
