Transport To & From Sydney Airport (SYD)
Parking at Sydney Airport
Short and long term parking is available at the domestic and international terminals. A new undercover carpark has been constructed at the T1 international terminal offering the convenience of a car park directly connected to the departures terminal.
Taxis at Sydney Airport
Taxi ranks are located outside the domestic and international terminals. During peak hours, supervisors assist in the smooth flow of taxis and passengers with special needs such as baby capsules, wheelchair access and group transfers.
Buses at Sydney Airport
Shuttle bus and public bus services are available at Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport. It is recommended that you pre-book seats on shuttle buses or check with your hotel if they offer a courtesy bus service from the airport to the hotel.
For a more cost effective option, Sydney Buses include the T1 international and T3 domestic terminals in the bus route between Bondi Junction and Burwood. Bus stops are located outside the arrivals levels of the T1 and T3 terminals.
Sydney Airport Trains
There are train stations located at Sydney's domestic and international airports. The Domestic Airport station is located between the T2 and T3 Terminals and the International Airport station is located at the northern end of the T1 terminal. Trains from Sydney Airport to the city run every 10 minutes and trips into the city take approximately 13 minutes. To travel into Sydney's suburbs, change to suburban lines at Central station.
