Trans-Tasman Qantas operate multiple daily services across the Tasman from Auckland to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, from Wellington to Sydney and Melbourne and from Christchurch to Sydney. When you fly with us whether you are flying Economy or Business you will enjoy full service, meaning food, wine, inflight entertainment and a checked baggage allowance is included on every Qantas operated flight, ensuring that every journey is an enjoyable and relaxing one.

International Qantas offers services across a network spanning 207 destinations in 54 countries including Australia, Asia, Dubai, London, USA and New Zealand  as well as codeshare partner airlines. You will enjoy state-of-the-art cabin environment and the latest inflight technology to create an exceptional customer experience.

Economy                 

Onboard Dining - In Economy, you’ll find a self-service snack bar with a meal service customised by the flight duration and time of day, with more flexibility and choice. All flights offer a range of light refreshments.

Your seat - Our ergonomically designed, slimline seats have a built-in lumbar support for your comfort. Our seats offer softer cushioning, a netted footrest and more legroom for additional comfort on longer flights.

Entertainment - Sit back and watch our personal on-demand, in-flight entertainment system throughout your journey. On selected flights you can access over 1500 entertainment options using your in-seat control or touch screen monitor.

Amenities - On selected flights you’ll receive a complimentary comfort kit to help you stay refreshed. Your handy zip lock pouch contains eyeshades, toothbrush and toothpaste. Socks are available on request.

Premium Economy       

Your cabin – Sit back and enjoy your journey in a private cabin of between 32 and 40 seats. With more space and dedicated flight attendants, you’ll experience personalised service in an exclusive environment.

Onboard Dining – Relax as soon as you’re on board with a complimentary sparkling wine or beverage. During your flight you’ll be able to enjoy a contemporary menu inspired by leading Australian restaurateur Neil Perry. We offer a selection of premium Australian wines that match our menu. You also have access to a selection of snacks and drinks, as part of our continuous refreshment service and self-serve bars.

Entertainment - Put on our noise-cancelling headsets as you enjoy on-demand, inflight entertainment on your adjustable, 10.6 inch personal, touch screen, located in the side console of the aircraft.

Be entertained with hundreds of entertainment options, including the latest movies, TV programs, CD albums, moving maps, interactive games and radio channels.

Business

Chauffeur Drive - Complimentary to customers in at a range of destinations. Your journey starts from the moment you leave your front door with Chauffeur Drive, a complimentary transfer service for Business customers on eligible international Qantas operated flights booked with a QF flight number.

Onboard Lounge - If you’re travelling on our A380 in Business, you can catch up with your travel companions and help yourself to refreshments and magazines in a separate, furnished Business Lounge. Equipped with a 58cm LCD screen, it’s perfect for displaying a presentation or viewing a video.

Skybed - In Qantas International Business you will find a fully flat Skybed with mattress, duvet and turndown service which is available on selected flights from Australia to selected international destinations.

Entertainment - Unwind and be entertained by our advanced entertainment system. Features include a personal touch screen up to 12.1 inches, noise-cancelling headsets and on-demand control. Personal telephones are available in every seat, along with reply text messaging, laptop power outlets and USB.

First

Check-in - Your journey starts from the moment you leave your front door with Chauffeur Drive, a complimentary transfer service for First customers on eligible international Qantas operated flights booked with a QF flight number.

First Suite - Experience a new level of inflight comfort as you stretch out in your fully flat extra-wide bed, Our Bedding Down service features luxurious pillows, blankets, a duvet as well as a sheepskin mattress.

Onboard Dining - Rockpool and Qantas have taken inflight dining to new heights in First. Enjoy our unique restaurant-style dining experience, with the opportunity to indulge in an eight course tasting menu or choose to dine with an a la carte menu offering signature dishes.
