No, Webjet Gift Cards are not available in New Zealand.
What can I use a Webjet eGift Card for?
A Webjet eGift Card can be redeemed for any booking including flights, holiday packages, select hotels, and travel insurance booked as part of an eligible booking.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed on Webjet bookings containing hotels, where payment is made at the hotel or listed as ‘Pay Later’ on site, ‘Things to Do’ bookings, car hire; and travel insurance purchased as a stand-alone product at insurance.webjet.com.au. Full T&Cs apply^.
To redeem a Webjet eGift Card, simply enter the 12 character alphanumeric code on the payment page.
If the amount of your booking exceeds the value of your Webjet eGift Card you can pay the difference with your credit or debit card, PayPal account, or another Webjet Gift Card.
What is the validity of Webjet eGift Cards?
Webjet eGift Cards have a validity of (3) three years from the date of issue or purchase.
How can I pay for my eGift Card?
To buy a Webjet eGift Card, you can use credit, debit, and Afterpay. Webjet Payment Fees may apply. Refer to selected payment provider for full details.

Why is there a 72 hour activation period before I can use my eGift Card?
For security reasons, a maximum 72 hour activation period will be applied to a Webjet eGift Card purchased at webjet.co.nz. The fixed delay allows a fraud security check to take place, and is unable to be changed.
Please allow for the activation period if buying a Webjet eGift Card prior to booking at webjet.co.nz.
My eGift Card has been delayed for manual processing. Who can I contact?
If you purchased the Webjet eGift Card at webjet.com.au, and received a notification about an issuing delay, please allow for 48 hours to receive an update or the Webjet eGift Card in your inbox. If you believe an error has been made, please email us here.
If you purchased the Webjet eGift Card through a third-party website or in-store, please contact the merchant directly for assistance.
Where can I check my Webjet Gift Card balance and expiry date?
You can check the remaining balance and expiry date at any time by visiting our Gift Card Balance portal.
Can I use my Webjet eGift Card on the webjet.com.au website?
No, the Webjet eGift Card must be redeemed in the country where the eGift Card was purchased.
