Defer My Domestic Booking

Your deferred travel request has been emailed to our Customer Service Centre for processing with advice to you of the credit held. Requests submitted by 2.00 pm will be responded to that same day by email. Requests submitted after 2.00 pm may be responded to that same day or the next morning by email.
Please note that if an email response has not been received within 24 hours please contact our Customer Service Centre on 0800 445 641 if you are within New Zealand, or +61 3 8672 7400 in any other overseas location. Our Customer Service Centre is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
