You can only change dates or flight routings.

You cannot change names or switch from one airline to another.

Making changes using this page is $50 cheaper per person than doing this over the telephone.

Please note when rebooking, you must rebook to a fare of equal value or higher, subject to airline rulings. You cannot change airlines.

A change to the booking will result in a cost of minimally NZD $100 per person and may well be over NZD $200 per person if the fare originally purchased is no longer available.
