Solomon Airlines
Solomon Airlines is the national carrier for the Solomon Islands. The airline's hub is the International Airport in Honiara. The Airline travels between Honiara and Brisbane, Nadi and Port Vila. Solomon Airlines also offer frequent domestic flights throughout the Solomon Islands.
The Solomon Airlines fleet
For international flights, Solomon Airlines flies one Boeing 737-300 series aircraft, that seats up to 130 passengers. However, for domestic flights the airline operates 3, De Havilland Twin Otter aircraft which seat 18 people.
Dining with Solomon Airlines
Solomon Airlines offers free meals on all international flights. The meal searvice includes a select list of beers and wines from Australia and the Solomon Islands. If required for health or religious reasons, special meals can be prepared. The airline must be notified of your meal request at least 72 hours before departure.
Fly Business Class
Solomon Airlines Business Class guests have access to the Air New Zealand Business Class lounge, located in Brisbane Airport and the Air Pacific ‘Tabua Club Lounge” at Nadi International Airport.
